Lucidpedia, please, I really need some help. I've been reading a lot about Lucid Dreaming and I understand dreamsings--I already have mine--it's just that I only remember I was dreaming once I wake up. I can't seem to ... well ... interact ... or know that I'm dreaming until I wake up. What's your advice or is this normal. ( I've been writing down my dreams for a week now and I'm getting 5-6 dreams a week ) -Chris.

One thing I do, is I have a list of Dream characters and I tally how often I see them. That definitely helps me become more aware of the nature of my dreams.
