@4vermont I wouldnt want to own one myself, but if you were in the eco car market its a pretty good little car. I work at a Mazda dealer...I have 2 things to say: 1, Id never opt for the automatic, seemingly way underpowered and shift points are terrible. Second is the fact that they dont offer a sport model yet...the Mazda speed back not too long ago had a Protege, miata, 3 and 6....if they did that for this little thing...it could honestly compete with other makes in this category...for sport

That's with a 5 spd manual Add$ 1,000 for auto trans.
The front bumper and wheels and lowering kit are not even offered as in this video.
I agree with the Honda comment, but Honda's cheapest car starts at about $ 17k and weighs about 2600-2800 lbs.
I am a die Hard Honda fan. I think this is a great car. I do not own one though.
I love that it only weighs about 2250 lbs. I bet I could get 45 mpg on the highway easily with a 5 spd trans.
