Eviction Occupy Duluth Police Property return?

This video was taken towards the end of Occupy Duluth's conversation with Sgt. Marquardt of the Duluth Police Department on 11-28-11- Occupy Duluth was addressing the reclaiming of our confiscated belongings that were removed during our eviction from the Civic Center lawn on 11-22-11. The DPD addressed the belongings as "abandoned, found property" so as to be able to legitimize the confiscation of occupies properties. Occupy Duluth was told that we must INDIVIDUALY schedule appointments to retrieve our properties- and must first give an EXACT description of said items.
Sgt. Marquardt agreed to discuss the issue of retrieving the communal properties with her superiors- being that there is no existing statute to address communal belongings. Sgt. Marquardt stated that she would be in contact with Lara Simpson- me! (appointed communal property liaison) within days of the filmed meeting.
