@0xxxThisGuYxxx0 Well if you stack like 3-4 supplements you could get an effect thats close to roids,but it hard and expensive

@julzzzzzzzzzzz haha they are ok, but i take it you have never really used steroids. if it was almost better or even close to being 1/2 of what a steroid is then it would be banned just like prohormones were

Wow, there are so many uneducated people here, making just random assumptions.
It's a non-hormonal supplement, and for the love of god; 'anabolic' or anything 'bolic' does not mean 'STEROIZD'.. Look it up at wikipedia for example, try to read something for once.

@shad1666 eat a good 6-8 meals with high amounts of protein and carbs, moderate fat, train heavy for a good 3-5 days a week, rest well, and its a gurantee you will get ALOT stronger and bigger with just 1 can.....took it plenty of times....always work
