Coldplay Wembley 2009 Viva La Vida Tour Finale

A video slideshow using photos primarily from the recent BBC1 interview and from Anchorman's Live Blog from the Wembley performance, Sept. 19, 2009. The music is "Shiver" aired during that same recent BBC1 interview during which the band performed the song acoustically for the first time in . . . well, a long time! :) I probably should have chosen something from "Viva" but I liked this recent rendition of "Shiver" very much! It is one of my favorite Coldplay songs! Must observe, though, how difficult it must be to sing it with sincerity now, given that Coldplay is far from "unseen" at this point. Thanks again to Coldplay and everyone that made the tour happen! I hope you all have an easy and happy transition to home, and to whatever you decide to do next! ^_^/

As I write this, COLDPLAY and valiant company/crew are finishing up the Viva La Vida Latin America Tour. They have incorporated "Shiver" into their set for this tour run. Roadie #42 posted a lovely "News" report: "Roadie #42 - Blog #113" that includes a video of the live performance of "Shiver" from Buenos Aires.
