Hey, I've got a great idea...I'm gonna take my new Bogner head that was semi-damaged in transit and THROW IT REPEATEDLY ON THE FUCKING GROUND. What the fuck? Some of us can only dream of blowing 3 grand on an amp so we can laugh at beating the shit out of it, damaged or no. Douche.

You are correct! UPS "SUCKS"! went through bullshit twice with them.Fed Ex is better! When I find this guy that threw this amp on ground,I"m gonna give him two black eyes(or two Black guys to butt fuck him ta Deth) and a Bloody nose!....for being a IDIOT!

UPS destroyed my krank rev head, andI filed an insurance claim and they made me walk through hell and highwater with months of talking to 80 different people. Once everything was set up to refund me for the damages they ignored my calls and never sent any insurance money. This goes out to anyone who wants to ship an amp.DO NOT! (and i cant stress this enough), DO NOT! ship through UPS. GO through either the post office or fed ex.The post office claims are easy to make and they refund quickly.
