I chose Ingrid Michaelson's "Keep Breathing" as the music because it seems to be very fitting for a video about living with Chronic Illness. To me, the lyrics are about wanting to do things with your life, but only being able to breath. I know I want to be able to more with my life, but am unable to because of being sick. If you're ill, I'm sure you know what this is like.

As long as we keep on breathing and living our lives to the best of our ability, everything will be okay somehow; life will go on. We'll learn to take satisfaction from every little victory (like remembering the word "victory" after a moment of brain fog (that just happened, haha)).

  • After going on an organic vegan diet known as the "Gerson" therapy my POTS along with my autoimmune diseases started to improve. After 2 months with it I decided to take it a step further and went raw vegan. 3-8 juices a day and a salad from time to time, all organic. Within 2 weeks of doing so I was able to start walking on my own again and now can even exercise to a point. My POTS symptoms decreased 90%! I spent a year in a bed and another 1.5 in a chair. Start juicing! I will help you!
