Hi there, I just love your recipes. I've made these poppers and find that if you fry your bacon, crumble it and then add them on top of the peppers, it's a fool proof recipe. Often the bacon cooks unevenly when broiling or baking in the oven. Just a thought. Keep up the good work. Grandma Cheap Cheap
