I won this L'oreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Icy Eye Roll from a blog contest a few months ago. I gave it to my dad. As you can see, he has a huge eye bags. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will help his under eye problem.

It has ONLY ONE solution called Rhino.. something plastic surgery! they take away the fat with lazer and then they sew ur eyes! and u get fresh youth eyes again! So the video is CRAP
