Linrong Xie in the Society & Humanity category for his High Cost

And while there were no gold winners in the Architectures & Views category, competitor Edward Dai received a prestigious Special Award for his unique entry Rectifying Fa.

The title refers to concepts at the heart of the widespread Falun Gong spiritual practice one aspect of the traditional Chinese culture that this competition aims to bring forth, celebrate, and record for future generations.

A photograph is like, to let people remember the history. That is the most point. History. We are making history. We let people remember the history.

Its the artists and organizers conviction that, thanks to such heartfelt artworks, the history and traditions they embody will not be soon forgotten. This is Ryan Mitchell for NTD, New York.
