  • Jaw clenching and grinding develop as responses to cranial distortions caused by injury , stress, especially the inability to speak your truth.

Symptioms: chronic neck tension, migrane headaches and face pain or acute spasms that prevent opening the mouth or chewing.

Clues to jaw trouble are seen by dentists as wear on teeth. Or you wake up and your jaws ache.

  • Massage feels great, but cranial imbalance is NOT the cause & massage will help only TEMPORARILY! Better to diagnose accurately with EMG, and if TMD, stop it with CES. Most TMJoint related pain may be from chronic sleep bruxism, or TMD. And you can rent a non-invasive ipod-sized unit from a dentist, to diagnose & stop it, or rule it out. Do proper sleep studies. Mouthguards may protect teeth & dental work from clenching/grinding, but not from TMJoint related problems. google grindcare usa
