Beto Perez from Columbia created a fun workout called Zumba using remnants of music & dance 'styles' from many various countries. If you have an issue with the 'authenticity' of it I can understand, but we are just doing moves that we have learned from 'Zumba' - we don't take ourselves too seriously. For us it's about moving, sweating & having fun. Nice job as always Anastasia, thanks for sharing your fun ideas with everyone!
