  • Do you or he ever get bruises on your backs from doing dragon flags? I guess the main big difference is I do mine on a metal grated bench compared to one with a cushion on it.

  • @Preset1 No we never got that. You are right it's because of the surface. My advice is - put a blanket or towel inbetween your back and the bench. :)
