What you see in the video is divided in three part:

1) the introduction is about various problems of absurd racism that we had in the Italian premiere league: Verona FC's supporter (north) didn't want the coloured soccer player Mboma', Udinese FC' supporter (north) didn't want the soccer player Rosenthal because he's jew, Lazio FC' supporter (Rome center) didn't want Aaron Winter because he's black and his name "maybe" is jewish (absurd but that's it).

2) Then the skinhead guy says in neapolitan "Ma 'o guaglione che sta peggio gioc' a Parma ! Se chiama Fabio Cannavaro" -- "The guy that is in the worst situation plays in Parma FC ! His name is Fabio Cannavaro" and from that point and on Cannavaro tells all the offense that he received during all the football matches he partecipated. One of the offense is about the fact that people from Naples stink and from that point ...

3) ... A test starts ! :D .. The skinhead guy want to demonstrate that the "cleanest" guy among all the most famous player (Almeyda, Buffon, Fuser, Amoroso, etc) is for sure Cannavaro :) ... this is why he starts to sniff under all player's arms :)))
