Is this Addis Abeba? Yes, but from an distance. No interaction only from above or driving by. I know all the places he has been to (easy spots) The music adds nothing of what is Addis Abeba/Ethiopia/region to the movie. Say that the same was done with scence from Berlin with a song from... Cuba.

This a movie of a white man´s GAZING of Addis Abeba and a such it like having just another cup of coke. Same same passing time...

"Whitness" on the other side is a phenomon where people with white skin act and precieve themselves as the norm making everything eles "exotic" or "strange". Hence the GAZE. Your reaction could be catagorized also as a typical defense. You just are and your actions are normal? But then again I do not know you!

Addis Ababa is a glamorious African city that tells you what it has and what attractive sites it has.

Addis Ababa is known for its beautiful sites such as palaces, churches and schools.

Also, Ethiopia with its special brews of coffee tells it all.
