@ubuibme24 Only thing is that they are referring covertly X ray hence the cast on hs left hand. The press agent says "envision". It appears that Benny Hinn's group has been able to use the energy beam cannon near his overhead microphone. Hence it appears as if he has godly powers. Lullings, passing out and many of the people look as if they are convulsing as if being shocked, which is what is happening but wirelessly.

Because it is a "DIRECTED ENERGY" weapon---the energy is aimed and directed like a shotgun with a continuous bullet or a stream of water from a watergun EXCEPT you cannot see the continuous energy stream. It is a microwave gun basically.The only thing that makes it nonlethal is a low setting,,,
