Kill yourself before you kill yourself. Then use the cruise missile to get you your new killstreaks. It'll most likely get you enough points for your missile strike. Which is nice because you can now guide the missile where they are all spawning at from your cruise missile. And this is how to get 2 or even 3 cruise missiles a game. I went 92 and 2 doing this one time on kunar base tdm.

you should be able to use any gun in the game but you can't use any attachments with maybe the exception of open tip? the word "maybe" being the key word

I am not really sure about the Cruise Missile series. Seeing that you still haven't maxed out the Sniper rank, what about challenging yourself to an AGGRESSIVE RECON in MoH? I also wouldn't mind a camp dog gameplay as long as you kill plenty of players and have something funny to talk about.
