  • Just got my seedlings. Thanks Joe. Not sure how they will grow here in Florida, though. I'm going to give some to my dad in North Carolina (Outer Banks).

  • @ftmyerserdoc Right on! They should grow well in Florida because I know of a gal in Vero Beach that grows T.wagnerianus & fortunei and they thrive in her garden. They should do well in N.C. as well. Keep me updated. Cheers

  • It's a great hybridization. Sometimes the overabundance of droopy Fortunie fronds can get monotonous. The hybrids along with the pure Wagie's break up the continuity which is nice.

  • @russianintrigue These are the same palms I sell on E-Bay every week. My Hybrids are growing all up and down the eastern Seaboard in every state and every eastern Province.

  • @BananaJSSI How is the growth rate on them?

  • @russianintrigue Fast. I had these palms growing in a poor rocky dry area of my upper garden for years. I think I planted them in 1997 or so. They didn't start to take off until I transplanted them to my lower garden 4 years ago. Now they are moving much faster in the better soil and more water.

  • @gangesexcavating Any time man, glad you all enjoyed. Your son is a very good well behaved kid. Great parenting!! I'm uploading a 10 minute video right now, should be on my channel in another hour or so.

  • I really enjoyed you showing Christine, Sam and myself the garden of yours when we came that weekend, It was much appreciated. I really got a kick out of those kinked-up palm fronds you had, I have never seen anything like that before! The stuff I learn and see from you, LOL

  • @moonhusky Honestly I don't do anything to them, lol. If they are lucky I may hit them once a year with a little Palm food and that's about it. The palm here are actively growing at this time of the year.

  • I was late for my Sunday visit but this is a treat, they're gorgeous! Are you feeding them coffee Joe? Those palm fronds are so pert/alert ;)
