I am SO getting a panini press next week :) :) I bought one last time at a sandwich bar with slices of mozzarella di buffola, minced and marinated turkey chunks, 4/5 basil leaves, some tomato slices, a few cut pieces pineapple, a sniff of oregano and premium olive oil... Simply a culinary delight. Cost me like EUR 4.50 at the store, but it's so good I want to be able to make that at home and bring for lunch myself!
