This seems to be the case... Maybe the Stockholders, Congress type people, or the folks running for re-elections, will suprise me and take a stand....

Sounds like Chase hase a problem committing to a full student aducation!!!

Wells Fargo advised she needed a co-signer as well I cant because of a recent Heart Attack, And she would be smarter to keep it all in one house so she doesn't have 2 Student loans due at the sametime...

Try wells fargo I am fixing to start my senior year also. Don't forget even if chase did a loan for you it goes to the school now and not you. So any aide you get takes away from government aide. I had chase for 3 years for student loans to find out the same thing. So I went to wells fargo. The last bank to do student loans that go to you.
