If I want to find a way round copyright issues instead of using actual recorded music, I look for midi files and then convert them to mp3. I've did this for most of my own animations when I used to use Artoonix. That way you can also change the midis before converting. It's amazing just how much music has been recorded in midi format - the Star Wars themes are definitely widely available.
