He's so incredible on acoustic versions of every song. This song makes me want to live back in the early 90s again.

Please don't get me wrong... I love the Pumpkins (this song is one of my favs) ... but is it just me, or does Billy Corgan look like a bowling pin?
Just wondering.

@mindbait yeah for the most part Siamese Dream is in Standard & Mellon Collie is in Eb there are exceptions (Porecelina, Jellybelly, Bodies etc.). Loads of bands do this mainly b/c its just easier playing a song a semitone down instead re-tuning every time & the show just flow better musically when all the songs are playing in the same tuning

Awesome, I wish I was cool enough to have known about the pumpkins when I was the age this concert was played :O

Stop putting so much emphasis on his looks and bald head and listen to the powerful lyrics and emotion in the song. I wonder what he was going through when he wrote this

Awesome, this was at Brixton Academy, May 96. If you look at that only shot of the crowd at 1.18 you'll see me! It looks like I'm wiping a tear out of my eye, but it was actually sweat. Honest!

nice, you have been immortalised by youtube. you also got to see the pumpkins at what was probably their live performance prime!

This was an amazing show, it was a late addition to the tour and they had no support act lined up, so they came out dressed in their pyjamas and did an hour long acoustic set, before going off to get changed and then rocking the fuck out for another 2 hours. Absolutely fantastic!

hey that's pretty cool, the televised version of the show only had 1979 and tonight tonight unplugged and PJed

Does anyone know why he plays the song a semitone deeper than in the Album version? It seems that he plays it that way when using the western guitar? (There`s another concert where he plays it that way - as well acoustic style) Has it something to do with it?

i'm probably wrong but i 'think' that on the mellon collie album they started playing with the guitars in Eb, possibly they played in E for siamese dream but since it's the melon collie tour all the guitars are tuned to Eb... i'm just guessing really
