i always think Tony Horton should do insanity and Shaun T should do p90x and see what kinda results they could get and if they could do the other. i personally do p90x. more muscle build.

he reminds me of will smith. i think its mostly cause of his voice

@MsBinkies I was at 27% body fat and a smoker when I did insanity, and I got through it,though I quit twice before I finally did it. If a fat smoker can do it,so can you. Asylum though,is way too fucking hard to be done by someone who is out of shape. Do insanity first.

HOLY SH**!!! I COULD TELL HE GOT EVEN MORE BIGGER AND CUT!! HIS ARMS AND THEN HIS ABS!! IS HE AT LIKE 2 OR 3 PERCENT BODYFAT NOW??
-
I couldn't stop staring at his ARMS!
-
Thumbs up for the guy doing nothing on the treadmill... PUSH FOOL!!
-
his diet must be as insane as his workout to get cut like that
question: do i need ot be in shape before doing asylum? while i know people just starting out can do insanity, i don't need to lose any weight. if anything, i could gain some. but i'm interested in asylum b/c i want something to tone and make me "bulk up" (in the most feminine sense of the word). i don't just want to be skinny, i want to be fit and toned. how fit do i have to get before starting? i am not exaggeration when i say i'm in no shape at all. haha

@MsBinkies Yes, you should be in shape before doing Asylum. People CAN do Insanity just starting out, and I guess they CAN do Asylum too. I wouldn't recommend it. Neither one of these are beginner programs, but I have known people to start out there. Some have quit due to the challenge and intensity, some have made it. I guess it all depends on your determination. Take breaks as needed...

I was wondering whether the lat push ups are as effective as those pull bar grip switch moves
h2dude69 4 months ago
@h2dude69 I think the pull-ups would be more effective, but for those that don't have a pull-up bar, or can not do the pull-ups due to difficulty, then the lat pushups is a great modification.
