Takes about a day or two to make one. You would need a strong slow moving motor, some threaded rod and some plywood and some books. I got all the books cheep from garage sales. Shoot me and email for more info if your still intrested in making one.

@PhantomBrick Sorry i took so long to get back to you...the moving book case took me a dat to make. Its a very simple design. It works just like a cam in a car engine. The oval lobes i guess you would call it pushes the books out and springs pull them back in.
