@Flcker Just incase nobody explained it to you, dair (or D-Air) referes to the move where you attack DOWN in AIR or D-AIR.
He was being clever with the title of the video.

I don't have my TV right now. I also haven't done wifi in a really long time. When I move if I have a good connection I might start wifi again.
