You may be right. I almost start to think that he did that out of personal interest as well (i.e. "publicity"). What a foresight, this guy had! But no thanks, for a piece of shit like this who defends the undefendable with so much obscene passion, I am not going to look up his profile on whatever wiki pages there may be. But, you, is too much to ask to lookup what Pol Pot & his accolytes did? A so called "anti-nazi guerrillero" who defends the Cambodian Nazis. What a joke!
This "maitre" is a the worst piece of shit. Une ordure sans pareille. The French are lucky he didn't live at the time of Hitler and Vichy, for he would certainly have been the worst collaborator of all.
@diztanguy He's a lawyer and does his job very well. He defends them because this is the LAW. He's too brilliant, this is a problem when he defends such criminals, I admit. This trail was staged to protect some of the criminals and Vergès defended HIS own clients.
In my opinion good 75% of the lawyers and attorneys would deserve a bullet through the brain anyway: they are killing the Justice.
@whoo689.what an evil mother fucker...defending baby killers and torturers like the kmers rouge.the guy deserve a bullet through the brain.i d have him bumped off without hesitation if i d be in charge of the CIA
This is about the right to a fair trial. I agree with him completely. Anyway if the judgers have their way on this case, there is pretty good evidence for an appeal.
Crazy, he defends criminals instead of the victims. Il est fou

Actually, he was an anti-Nazi guerrilla.
Too much to ask you look up his wikipedia entry before commenting?
