Johhny Robinson was a Detroit Lions draft pick that they of course failed to sign to the everlasting benefit of the Chiefs. Robinson would have been extremely helpful in the Detroit secondary especially from the 1964 forward when Yale Lary and Gary Lowe departed from the team.

@KcItaliaPlaya I Couldn't agree more. Great player. Kinda of reminds me of Jack Ham for the Pittsburgh Steelers in terms of his football IQ and his level of play on the field. He often gets overlooked due to the success of both Willie Lanier and Bobby Bell. He deserves to be recognized for his play in pass coverage and his ability to make tackles whether it be solo or with other players helping. Hall of Fame Candidate for sure.

Can anyone doubt that Football was more "physical" in those days? I find these clips more entertaining than today's No Fun League with too much passing. Obviously, YMMV.

Great segment. Thanks.
Jim Lynch should be a Hall of Famer... its a shame he isn't.

@KcItaliaPlaya Agreed and so should Johnny Robinson. A lot of AFL stars are getting the shaft from the Hall of Fame. I blame Rozelle and his stupid legacy.
