Me and my -ah- mother and father - and a Grandmother and a grandfather - were driving through The desert, at dawn, and a truck load of Indian Workers had either hit another car, or just - I don't Know what happened - but there were Indians scattered All over the highway, bleeding to death.

So the car pulls up and stops. That was the first time I tasted fear. I musta' been about four - like a child is Like a flower, his head is just floating in the Breeze, man.
The reaction I get now thinking about it, looking Back - is that the souls of the ghosts of those dead Indians...maybe one or two of 'em...were just Running around freaking out, and just leaped into my Soul. And they're still in there.

i love these pictures of Jim,never seen them before. I think we forget that before Jim, the famous rock star,the Lizard King,there was a kid.But i bet even then there was something special about him.

@zxenon555 just because it says that does not necessarily mean the sources are valid, he definitely didn't swim for his HS team if that's what your implying, he may have in a recreational sense for fun, but idk, read the book The Lizard King was here, its about his life in Alexandria, very accurate and doesn't leave things to a lot of speculation

@zxenon555 I think he might have when he lived in Alameda (freshman- half of soph year) But when he moved to Alexandria, he didn't swim. I saw a picture of someone that look alot like Jim morrison posing with a swim team. looked like it was from the fifties too, but idk if that was him. He's been an enigma since birth!!
