I think you where tyring to reply to someone else, as I did not speak about just getting by, I was talking about this countries infrastructure that is falling apart, which is only getting minor attention. If we don't handle it both the rich and the poor are going to suffer greatly, as business won't be able to be carried out as usual; there will be no power with no power grids working, and with more and more bridges and other structures collapsing due to age.

I'm really getting tired of all this gridlocks in Washington. If we had a parliamentary form of government I think we'd be better off. Think about it. No more wall street millionaires as politicians running our House and Senate and no more presidents pandering to Big Business. We'd get things done more efficiently if we only had a prime minister who is also part of the legislature. Time to reform our system because it is seriously flawed.
