  • actually (for winchesterranger) i do intend to pay 30k for one. just test drove one, and i'm getting rid of my bmw 3 series for it. hyundai is more of a commoner's car to me, so it's not even within my realm of consideration. buick has more class, and i don't give a crap if it is (or was) an old man badge. lol. i'm 32, btw. not 62.

  • @socalguy97 Well said. I am not sure of your location but my website which is at the end of the video has my dealership's location. If you like, I can help you in your purchase for the Buick Regal. At Asplundh we have a Black Regal with cashmere interior and its the RL5 option package. Which is everything except nav.

  • @ThousanWhite tsx is more of a a sport car regal's more luxury

  • For someone who'se driven both the new Regal and the new TSX...I will say that of course, the TSX is faster, but it doesn't quite handle as smoothly as the Regal...I don't know if that means anything, but that's what I thought.

  • Joke's on Winchester. They're practically sold out everywhere around here.

  • No one is going to pay $30k for one of those things.

Pitch it at the same price as a Hyundai Sonata and give me a call.

  • @JamieGasplundh It's good to see the American Auto Makers stepping up their game now. It's overall good for the consumer. Hopefully they will do so good that they will need to open more plants again one day. I just saw the JD Power ratings for car ratings and Ford just made the top 5 for the first time ever. Hopefully GM makes that list. BTW: Acura was number 2 behind Porsche. The Regal looks like a fine effort and I'm sure they will add refinements in a year or so.

  • @centfla It does look like we had more fun in the acura. Thats because the car felt out of control compared to the Buick Regal and my co-workers were scared. They thought I was going to hit the fence and loose control several times. We never had that feeling in the Buick Regal.

  • @derbigpr500 But it will be built in North America soon. Then its not an import anymore. Its also a smart move for GM. They are going after what people want. Which is a European Sports Sedan.

  • @centfla I agree, GM probably could have kept Pontiac. But Buick is breaking away from the image of your grandfather's car. Time will tell.
