An interview by Sterling D. Allan with Chris Eckman, a student at Idaho State University, on July 31, 2009 at the Nativo Lodge in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, as part of the ExtraOrdinary Technology conference. Chris gave a lecture on Brown's gas at the conference, which you will be able to obtain from the conference website at http://TeslaTech.info

He postulates that the gas is a function of a high-energy-state form of water that moves it from a dipole configuration to a linear configuration with two extra electrons, which then interact electrically with the substrate, resulting in the very unusual effects observed, such as sublimating Tungsten while not burning your hand if you wave the torch across it.

His PowerPoint presentation can be downloaded from http://freeenergynews.com/Directory/BrownsGas/ChrisEckman_browns_gas_TeslaTec...
