  • How did u detrain? Just by not being active with basketball or what?

  • @MIAxfoREVer1 didnt do any form of intense physical activity, no lifting, no bball, no jumping/cardio, no bodyweight stuff etc.. i just laid on the couch and did computer programming stuff.
