Autie and Libbie - the farewell. From "They Died With Their Boots On". It portrays George Armstrong Custer (Autie) bidding farewell to his wife Elizabeth (Libbie) Bacon-Custer before he rides off with the 7th Cavalry to the Battle of Little Big Horn to die. Probably one of the most romantic scenes in film history, it was the last scene ever between Errol Flynn and Olivia de Haviland - and they knew it and it shows! Enjoy!

  • Did you hear about the time they did a showing thing in the 70's for Olivia de Haivlland's films and Olivia could not watch this scene, ran out into the lobby and cried!

  • One of the best movie scenes in movie history.
