Made me laugh.
User was trying to use AOL dialup connection when the company has hi speed connection.
Then his wallpaper, lol.
When the IT guy re-arranges his icons, his like how am i going to find anything.
How can one person be so disorganised.
IT guy was brilliant, see how he tries to replace his desktop wallaper with the screenshot he took? awesome.
