So, numbnuts calls a special session, at a fairly substantial tax payer expense, to propose a constitutional amendment for the people to vote on. The amendment is to ban off shore drilling, which is already banned by state law. It's a ####ing joke, and everybody knows it. So today, the FL House basically says (in my words, not theirs) "It's a ####ing joke and everybody knows it", ending the special session after just 50 minutes, at an expense of 55 THOUSAND DOLLARS to the taxpayers.
