Jesus said it? How do you know? Did you happen to read it in a book written 1000's of years ago, that's composed of copies of copies of ancient myths? Myths which contain the eye witness testimonies of superstious, scientifically illiterate people, that were written about years after their supposed occurrences? Is that what you base your belief on an immaterial, invisible, god being? Hm. Sounds kinda, uh..ridiculous.
Jesus is the son of God. They are one in the same. I am a Catholic I believe in good and evil. Jesus is the greatest person to ever live. He Kingdom is forever. People have free will and they make their own choices. Jesus died for us on the Cross and for our sins. Watch the Passion Of The Christ and see what God did for us. If that is not love I don't know what love is. Jesus said it himself. Nobody goes to the Father except through me. Much love to Jesus {God}. Thank You.
Doubt is the only thing that keeps you honest. When you feel certain in your atheism, that's when you know you've deceived yourself, and become a credulous looney. It's the same for religious people, the more you convince yourself of your religious beliefs, the more deceived you are by satan.
Atheists think satans wearing a red hat, christians think he's wearing a black hat. Satan knows that he's got you both believing, and he'll let you wipe each other out, if you're that stupid.
I was a fundementalist christian for years. Read my bible six hours a day, and was so proud that I threw out Disney movies in favor of my children reading it, too; for shame. Disney has nothing on the damn bible. I gave up holidays and traditions of men to follow god, but all I got was a lower self esteem, and the first suicidal thoughts of my life. There was always something else to give up, and I knew I was going to burn forever. As an agnostic now I still have doubts, at times.
