    There are some Christian elements and themes in the books, maybe not so much in the films, but definitely in the books.

    I would definately agree with that, especially in the books, but I wouldn't call lotr a 'Christian film' particularly.

    I guess the point I was trying to make was that I wasn't making fun of Christians in any way :P Or Lord of the Rings, for that matter. I like the movies!
