  • @transam6666 the cat empire - two shoes, look in description

  • What's the song?

  • @AndrewAable ohhh okay what do you think about a full suspension freeride bike? I will be takin it off some larger jumps and drops, so i'd really like a full suspension bike. But I'm not new ive been into dirt jumping for a few years now.

  • @snobum181 Yes! Downhill bikes are specific for downhill applications. They are so heavy and difficult to use during AM riding, that if you ride with your friends, you will always be behind. Also, they will have an excellent quality AM bike for US$3000, where as for that money, you will get an entry level Downhill, with entry level components. You should consider a hard tail 29er, if you are new to mountain biking or getting started again. 29er is the way to go.

  • @AndrewAable Thanks so much for all the help with the DH bikes on that video, so your saying that for a riding area with even mild uphills would a DH bike would be a bad choice? I was thinking about getting one because of the beefier front end, but would i be better off with a freeride bike because of the uphill factor?

  • @snobum181 Absolutely correct. Downhill bikes are totally useless when climbing uphill. Therefore, for most of the downhill tracks, they take the bikes on jeeps or ski-lifts (like they showed in this video). Downhill bikes also have long travel forks, which are really heavy and climbing up with them is cumbersome and chances are you will not be able to maneuver easily on tight spots when going uphill.

  • @AndrewAable ohh okay thanks. So would you say that a downhill bike would have trouble going up hill? I'd really like to get a DH bike but where I ride there are some slight uphills. You think that would be a problem?

  • the best biking vid ever!

  • ALL OF THEM ARE SO PROFESIONAL!!!!!!!!!
