Smallville - Metropolis intro - AU

I made this video before the spoilers about season 9 and Metropolis, the movie

This is an AU intro of a possible spin off.
Its a little bit darker than the official Smallville intro, but I think it fits to the current situation.
The sunrise at the end symbolizes the hope.
I think Sam Witwer should return in Season 9 in role of Zod.

UPDATE June 24
Callum Blue cast as Zod.

UPDATE August 2:
After the first trailer of season 9 I'm a true beilever of the new cast members, especially Callum Blue. I think he'll be as amazing in the role of Zod as Sam was in the role of Davis.
As I realized Callum was the looser guy in the Princess Diaries 2. I thought "eww what? Kneel before who?" Then I searched for more info about him and the Comic Con Trailer made me realize he's awesome.

Davis Bloome is dead. In this intro Sam Witwer was Zod and in the title "AU" is for Alternate Universe. I wrote about it in the video description.

okay. i've been going crazy for WEEKS, wondering where this song is from. it literally took me an hour to fall asleep the other night b/c i knew that i'd heard it, i just didn't remember where.

BUT I FIGURED IT OUT! It's the theme song to Crusoe! i'm i right? please for my own sanity, tell me i'm right!

it's X Ray Dog - Across the world. Perhaps you've heard it in a trailer because it was made for trailers. I really dont know anything about Crusoe.

dont know why they call it smallville still, cause they barely show that town anymore!!!!!!!! well it did show what happened during the time he matured into superman, how he met his friends at the daily planet, how he fell in love with lois, how the justice league came to be, and how he even met his darkest foes as well

It's still Smallville, because Clark lives in Smallville, the Luthor mansion is in Smallville and Lois and Chloe live in the Talon. We can see these places in almost every episode. Clark is still just the Blur. He need to finish the training before tights and flight. The greatest enemies has to come back in the future. Lex, the real Zod, Doomsday and more enemies are still there.

The end in my mind: Clark is in full outfit, can fly and Lex is back and Perry White is the editor in chief.

A great idea! It was well done and hit when it needed too. I had a few issues (my TV training still nags me about peoples mouths moving when you can't hear what their saying.) But it was a great idea. And very, very well done.
