@CTSBeast Exaclty. The CTS-V is one of the performance bargains of the decade next to the Z06.

@CTSBeast Do not try to explain this to the BMW fan club...It will not add up...no matter what the numbers say. As far as the New 5..around $95.000. I have one word In response....Hennessey anyone;).Good night Gracie.:D

I would GLADLY choose a caddy any day over a BMW...

The Caddy holds it value much better than the BMW or Merc.

@CTSBeast m5 is one of my all time favorite cars old one and the new tt v8! But if anyone is Stupid enough not to give the Cts-v Sedan and coupe its Props, then they need to go FUCK THEMSELVES. I love Bmw, But this Caddillac is something special! also your right, Its way cheaper than the m3!

"and I got a green light" lol @Honda, the autos are quicker than the manuals because they shift quicker.
For all the BMW people, GM is updating the LSX to 580+ hp. They already made a 580 hp version for the Camaro ZL1, so the Caddi boys wont have much to worry about with the 550 hp BMW 4.4 guys. And anyways, if GM really wanted to they could easily put the LS9 in the CTS-V to make 638 hp.

@Thecarguy1254 AND for a mere 3,000 to 5,000, you can swap out the pulley on the existing supercharger, open up the air box, retune the ECU, beef up the intercooler, swap out the pipes and mufflers, and add headers, and PRESTO.... you have a 650 hp car. Best bargain on the planet for those the with need for speed

The M5 has been out of production now for almost a year. The new M5 is about to hit the streets. Kiss your asses goodbye, CTS-V.

@CTSBeast actually not 100k. the bmw holds its value a whole lot better than the caddy. after 3 years the bmw will lose 40% and the caddy will be 60% on a good day, and these days... 70%

@LandRoverWay23 Let me make it clear for the arithmetically challenged. A 2009 V now costs 48 to 56k, down from 60 to 69k new. A 2009 M5 costs 55 to 65k, down from 95k new. What is not clear about who loses more money, and which car keeps its value better?
