A true curiosity...Well...they're both wonderful performers. Does any of it really fit together though?

This was all over the shop...I wanted to get into the fun of it but I couldn't because you could clearly see they just looked embarrased. If they had done a few songs instead of 50 thousand it would have been better. Loved the dance moves tho! :P

"I cant even think of a David Bowie song."
-Speaks against you and te validity of your judgement, not against Bowie.

"David does not sell out stadiums like Cher [...]"
- Yes, sure, Bowie is just one of the biggest Stars out there (Probably better selling than Cher, go look it up.)."Sweetie", where the fuck did you spend the past 40 years?

The two stars here were just making money and having fun, adlibbing and shooby-dooing it up, and the TV audience then and now were just luvin' it, and that's why it's wonderful. Back in the 70's we had fun, and music was about love and happiness and dancing, not all miserable and monotone and worrying about the planet getting too warm like you poor blighters today. Coldplay? - I hope they fall into a glacier and die. At least they'll finally be happy.
And Cher's hair is fantastic.

wy are so many people arguing on here? it destroys everyhing.....i'm a fan of neither all that much and i'm enjoying it for what it is: good entertainment...these are both pop stars, one a probably more comitted to 'the arts' than the other.....who cares......this was a time of cultural mashing and i'm delighted that something like this was allowed to happen. thank god.

I love Cher too!! I am pretty confident that after the impending nuclear holocaust - all that will be left are cockroaches and Cher.
Disco is pretty groovy too.
