This is essentially an animated PowerPoint presentation. The author commits the ultimate PowerPoint sin of reading the slides - this is especially weird when reading the heading/topic transition slides. There is distracting music in the background. Slide transitions are accompanied by an infuriating "whoosh" noise that further distracts from the content.
