@AintDoneYet123 @AintDoneYet123 i don't know if that happens because of religion paragon, you said that, but it's clear he decrease his training during 2008-11. open your eyes because surely he was not ''still the same''. that's called chore after a lose of interest. but now he is in a good way again, he starts again to train better and he looks mentally better and surely physically stronger since monson fight. i prefer him in monson/ishii fights than arlovski, rogers etc...
