PS, my dad was helping me, so you can no longer blame only me for my harsh handling. Nuff said. Its a hate free for all, go to town.

Me swapping out my old shuttle AK32 motherboard with the AMD XP 2000 ( 1.6Ghz ) . I changed it because the sound died... so I just threw in a sound card. No big deal until the USB ports died. I was pissed. So I put in a spare motherboard It was the D845PEBT2 motherboard with a stock 1.8Ghz Pentium 4. I soon looked on ebay and found a 2.66Ghz Pentium 4. Then about 4 months later I noticed my graphics card sucked. It turns out that it was only 32MB so then I looked around the house and found a 64MB card. I used that for a while and then back to eBay. I then got a 512MB Nividia 6600GT

  • hey i got one question !i have a mother board that recovery key is f11 and i had to replace it with one with key 1 recovery option ! well ! theyre the same mother board but the new one i think runs xp and i have a vista home primium ! to run recovery it won't do it ! is there any way to change or upgrade the motherboard just like the old one !? make it compatible with my system ! would you let me know ! u seem smatter thand me ! ^__^!

  • @vahescobar Yes, the motherboard can be replaced I am sure. You would have to take your computers side cover off and see which motherboards would fit and work with your other stock components. I am sure there is a better way to fix it than just replacing it though. Sorry for such a late reply, your comment never entered my inbox.
