His French song (there is one under MarianneHelene's channel) is truly outstanding with a flawless accent. He has sung in few other languages of either Dutch or Scandinavian. Glad to see adoring fans on youtube of Beloved Delightful Gerhard.

@Schnitzelfriedhof1 Hi, I am not born in Germany, neither do I understand German, but I share your kind sentiments of Beloved Gerhard Hollerich & the times of the mid 60s when his songs were invoking such kindhearted romance for so many tender hearts. Please listen to Roy Black Cassette 2..of 1967 or 68. Some of his rare songs not found on youtube.
