This is bar none the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard for either generations of Mazda 3's, deep and smooth. 2nd best would be the HKS Hi-Power. All the others (Magnaflow, Vibrant, Borla, Trubendz, OBX, Tsudo N1, SRS, Ark, etc) have this medium tone, cheap gurgle, and sometimes extreme rasp.

ummm that was cosmetic purpose to make the looks of the exhaust more "sporty" or something I dunno, but I remembered that someone bought it just like that from the shop, new

I have the HKS catback and in my opinion it looks like you bought an HKS with a burnt tip without knowing it.

i favour a balanced sound more so to me this sounds the best. the deep growl from magnaflow and borla's just don't do it for me. i actually find the deep growl sound really cheap sounding.
