    Write me a line, might give you some suggestions, depending on how serious you are. But don't settle for a quick fix, miracle drug kinda cure... it's your back man!

  • my thumb is starting tu hurt :( what do i do? do u think its serious its not a big pain but when i move it to a certain place it hurts but its very bearable . any suggestions

  • hey bro i'm a drummer, whats your posture like when you play? do you play heel up? Are you making sure you have all your fulcrums open? are you using 90 degree angles on your legs? I used to have mad back pain, also tore some ligaments in my shoulder, and cut off half my left thumb, so i know how to cope with injuries!
