@SpikeLanta Yeah, it's true. Nintendo actually sued Galoob in the early 90's to try to stop them from creating the Game Genie. Nintendo lost the lawsuit, so what they did, especially on the SNES, was they would make 2 versions of a game so that some GG codes would work on one but not the other. You'd almost never know the difference between the 2 versions playing each version of the game. They did it to try to keep Galoob from coming up with codes for their games.
