who would steal a VW tape deck?
yes i know their is a 6 disc cd changer in the truck for this deck.

Where would I hook up the auxiliary adapter so I could connect an aux cord to play music from? Like in the back of the radio, which would I plug it into?

@alquimistaeterno This is an issue I've seen on a rare occasion. The stereo can still be removed, then reinstall the face.

Check your owner's manual, it may be written in on one of the pages. There is also a "Code Card" for the vehicle. It too may be in the folder with the owner's manual. And, in some cases, if the stereo has ever been removed before, the code may be written on the stereo. If none of these apply, your local dealership may supply the code given the serial number from the stereo.

Most auto part stores sell the tools, I have also seen them at our local walmart.
