@bienvenuebio Congo in its entirety should be occupied by a well organized country like Rwanda. I don't see why a massive coutry like Congo with do-nothing people should be left alone? We need to occupy the entire country, then organize them, provide them with clean water, electricity and clean place to live, then market their commodities on the international markets.
